In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 To register a s999 account, you must be a natural person of at least 18 years of age. Registrations by corporations, trusts, or other legal entities are not permitted.

3.2 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
3.3 s999 may, at its discretion, require you to complete enhanced identity verification (KYC) before permitting deposits, withdrawals, or continued use of the platform. Required documentation may include, but is not limited to, a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
3.4 Accounts that remain inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. s999 will notify you via your registered email before applying any dormancy procedures.

4.2 All deposits and withdrawals must originate from and be directed to payment methods held in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
4.3 Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. s999 may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
4.4 s999 will process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the platform, subject to any applicable verification procedures. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. s999 is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or payment processors.
4.5 s999 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request to your account balance if KYC verification has not been completed within a reasonable timeframe following the request.
4.6 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted from time to time.
5.1 All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by s999 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of conflict between general terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
5.2 Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds restrictions are specified in each promotional offer.
5.3 s999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time where it deems such action necessary to prevent abuse or for operational reasons, with notice where practicable.
5.4 Where s999 reasonably suspects that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, exploiting loopholes, or placing offsetting bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk — s999 reserves the right to void bonuses, recover bonus-derived winnings, and close the account.
5.5 VIP loyalty points and tier benefits are governed by the s999 VIP programme terms, which form part of these Terms and Conditions. Tier status is reviewed on a rolling 30-day basis.
6.1 All bets placed on s999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, or game type. These rules are published within the relevant section of the s999 platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
6.2 s999 reserves the right to void any bet where an error in odds, lines, or game configuration has occurred, where a technical malfunction has affected the outcome, or where s999 has reasonable grounds to suspect the integrity of an event.
6.3 The settlement of bets is based on official results as recognised by s999 and the relevant governing body. s999's decision on the settlement of disputed bets is final.
6.4 In the event of a technical failure during a live casino session or slot game, s999 will use available game logs to determine the outcome. If a valid outcome cannot be determined, the affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
6.5 Maximum bet limits apply per event, game, and account tier. s999 reserves the right to restrict maximum stakes for any Member at its discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the s999 platform. Violation may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets, and forfeiture of funds:

8.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the s999 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No other rights are granted.
8.3 You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any s999 content without prior written consent.
9.1 s999 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, s999 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the platform.
9.2 s999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including loss of winnings resulting from technical failures beyond s999's reasonable control.
9.3 s999's total liability to any Member in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount of the affected bet or deposit transaction giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms limits s999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10.1 s999 is strictly an 18+ platform. Members must confirm that they are of legal age and that online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction when registering.
10.2 s999 provides deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits, and self-exclusion tools for all Members. These tools are accessible from the account settings page without requiring contact with customer support.

12.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which s999 is licensed and operated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
12.2 In the event of a dispute between a Member and s999, the Member should first contact s999 customer support at the email address listed on this site. s999 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within a reasonable timeframe.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in s999's jurisdiction of operation.
12.4 Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
